To help simplify our lifestyle, like our Amish and Mennonite friends, we hold high-tech at arms length - thus we are not "on" 24/7.
I do not participate in any kind of social media - don't have the time!

CONTACT - Email replies may take several days because I have to go to the county library to access them.
I do not publish a phone number here because I was getting too many annoying solicitor calls. Once it is established that you are a real person with a legitimate inquiry, I will provide you with a contact phone number.
Then, you will have access to me, the craftsman, not some customer service department.
PRICES - I do not publish a complete price list because most work is custom. Commonly made items probably will have price range listed with the item descriptions in appropriate Product & Services sections.
If you have something in mind, contact me and I will be glad to give a price range and time estimate, per how detailed your description is.
If you are interested in exact historic reproductions, I may need to see photos and/or drawings first.
MAILING LIST - I do not share your contact information with anyone.
I do not pester you with emails - I will only use your email address related to a specific inquiry or order.
Sometime, once or twice a year, I may send out a USPS mailing to announce some upcoming event, or significant change with the shop operation.
REFERRALS - If you think my site may be useful to someone you know, please share it with them.
ORDERS - For the year 2020, I am running a backlog of about two-to-three months, with most orders.
To order something, contact me with your requirements, and I will get back to you promptly.
SHIPPING - I prefer to ship by US Postal Service.
For me it is closer, and for your it means I can easily send package to a secure P O Box address, if you use one.
